Strawberry Raspberry Jalapeño Jam
* Tastes great served on crackers w/ goat cheese 🙂
Ingredients:
4 ½ c crushed raspberries
4 ½ c crushed strawberries
3 Jalapeños, de-seeded and chopped in BIG chunks
1 container Real Fruit low sugar pectin by Ball
3 c. sugar
2 ½ t. lemon juice
2 1/3 c water
Directions: Follow cooking instructions on inside of pectin label, using measurements stated above.
-Add in jalapeños after removing foam from mixture.
-Taste every few minutes until jam tastes as spicy as you want it, then scoop out jalapeños with a slotted spoon.
-Proceed with canning
-Makes approx. 108 oz. of jam
