Sugar-free raspberry freezer jam
Ingredients:
- 1-1/2 c granulated measurable sweetener (I used Splenda)
- 1 – 1.59 oz. pkg. pectin
(I used Sure-Jell and could only find it in 1.75 oz. - 4C raspberries
Directions:
Combine sweetener and pectin in large bowl, stir well until blended
Add crushed berries to dry mixture, stirring 3 minutes until
completely mixed.
Let stand until thickened, about 30 minutes or so, put in freezer
