Biringer Pickers
EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS:
-Parents signature for Minors under 18.
-Pickers are required to attend a 30 minute orientation with parents
-PICKERS MUST PICK AT LEAST 3 FLATS/BUCKETS PER HOUR.
-Pickers are responsible for their own transportation
-PICKERS MUST have their ride pick them up immediately when finished working.
(No loitering on the farm)
- Children that are not employees of Biringer Farm cannot accompany parents at workplace..
IDENTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
-Official picture ID (Passport, Resident Alien Card, WA ID card,
Driver’s License, Student Card with school name).
-Original Social Security Card (please NO copies or laminated copies)
-Official proof of age for 14 - 18 year old…..
(Birth Certificate, Passport, Resident Alien Card, etc).

BERRY PICKING TIMES & HOURS:
Strawberry harvest - 3 to 5 weeks, mid-June to end-July
Raspberry & Tayberry harvest - 3 to 5 weeks, July – Mid Aug
7 AM to 3 PM Monday – Saturday (Sunday-optional)
6 AM to 2 PM (On warmer days)
PAY SCHEDULE EXAMPLE:
Flats/Buckets, Start $2.50 LESS Employee Tax
(Flats picked must meet minimum wage).
