Strawberry Jam
Strawberry Jam using “Slicers” – Fresh Sliced & Sugared Strawberries ready to eat, freeze or make jam
Ingredients:
Container of sliced strawberries-Ratio #1
1 c. Sugar to 4 c. Strawberries
Directions:
When using MCP Pectin, use 3/4 c. less sugar per batch of either
frozen or cooked jam.
Be sure to completely mix the strawberries with the juice before measuring number of cups of berries per recipe.
